This very elaborate & very colorful poster depicts one of his most famous magic illusions the vanishing elephant. Charles joseph carter was a resident of san francisco, california. This original / vintage magic poster comes from san francisco. The stone litho poster is linen backed adn has the original wooden rod attached to the very bottom edge of the poster. This 1926 carter magic poster is in all original & unrestored condition.
The poster ahs brilliant color & great detail. Printed on the bottom right hand corner of the poster is the otis lithograph co. The original 1926 carter the great vanishing elephant 8 sheet magic poster is in excellent condition.
